Order processing and dispatch
Your order will be processed and dispatched within 1-5 working days. The usual delivery time is 10-15 working days. Please note that no shipments are made at weekends and on official public holidays.
Parcel tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an e-mail with the tracking number. You can view the current dispatch status of your parcel on the following website:
Please note that it may take 3-7 days after dispatch for the tracking information on the website to be updated.
Order changes and cancellations
You can cancel your order or change the delivery address at any time before dispatch. Once your order has been dispatched, it is unfortunately no longer possible to process refunds or address changes.
Customs clearance and customs duties
We offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping for the following countries and regions. With DDP shipments, you do not have to pay customs clearance or customs duties. (This regulation does not apply to all countries - please note the actual circumstances)
DDP shipping options by region:
- USA: Shipping via UPS (except Alaska and Hawaii)
- Australia: Shipping via Australia Post
- United Kingdom: Shipping via DPD Express (local)
- Europe: Shipping via DHL Express / DPD Express
Important note: DDP is not available in some countries with particularly strict customs regulations, including: Denmark, Australia, Norway, Switzerland
